REMADE (Roman & Early Medieval Alloys Defined) is looking at the chemical composition of copper alloys artefacts from the Roman and early medieval periods from across the UK.
Contains information about the objects (primarily typological data, which has varying levels of complexity depending on object category), two levels of chemical data (portable X-Ray fluorescence (pXRF) and microwave plasma atomic emissions spectroscopy (MP-AES)), spatial information about the object find spot and the broader archaeological site, and object owner/collection information.
